Nominees must be registered or a recorded-grade dairy goat with ADGA.
All nominees must be bred and born in Indiana.
Application for nomination must be post-marked on or before December 31 of its birth year (i.e. the nomination form for a doe born March 2025, is due by December 31, 2025).
Nominations received January 1-December 31 of the year following the doe’s birth will be charged late entry fee of $100. No doe is eligible after her yearling year.
In the event that the animal is sold, it is still eligible for the futurity class. It is not a requirement that the exhibitor be an IDGA member.
In the event of death of a nominee, fees are forfeited and will be remain in the purse.
In the event that a nominee is not exhibited at The Hoosier Classic or is a “scratch” fees are forfeited and will remain in the purse.
Entries are subject to age and id verification based off of ADGA registration certificate.
(Tattoos, birth date, and registration number must match application)
In the event the futurity is not held, all nomination fees will be donated to the Indiana Youth Dairy Goat Association general fund.

Does born in 2022 can be nominated for the 2025 Futurity class by May 1, 2025
Does born in 2023 can be nominated for the 2026 Futurity class by December 31, 2025
Does born in 2024 can be nominated for the 2027 Futurity class by December 31, 2025
Does born in 2025 can be nominated for the 2028 Futurity class by December 31, 2025
