Animals may arrive 6p.m.-9p.m, Friday night.
All animals must be in place by, 8:30 a.m. Saturday.
Show will start promptly at 9:00 a.m.
Food will be available.
The shows are sanctioned by the American Dairy Goat Association and its rules shall govern the conduct of the shows.
There will be no pre-show milk-out. A vet technician will be on the grounds. Animals showing signs of infectious disease or ill health will be immediately barred from the barn and show arena. The vet tech and the show committee will have final word in determining a questionable health problem and any fees will be paid by exhibitor.
All goats must be individually listed on an approved health certificate signed by a licensed, accredited veterinarian stating:”This herd does not show visible signs of foot rot, sore mouth, or caseous lymphadenitis” or, by verifying that he or she examined the entire herd by checking the herd box above the signature on the health certificate. A veterinarian of the state of origin must stamp this certificate within 90 days for Indiana herds, and within 30 days for out of state herds. The original registration certificate is required for any animal 6 months of age or older. The original registration or an ADGA stamped duplicate is required for all animals under 6 months of age. No copies of the registration certificate or stamped duplicate will be accepted in lieu of original certificate.
